Stuart takes learning to the next level and relies on Actua Solutions for the implementation of its Learning Hub.
Actua Solutions is pleased to announce its new collaboration as Stuart’s elearning partner in order to implement a new training ecosystem for more than 800 employees. Stuart is the technology platform that has revolutionized last mile shipping thanks to an innovative and accessible delivery model for any business or company. The differential technology developed by Stuart allows for urgent and scheduled shipments in a simple, efficient and sustainable manner.
Stuart’s Customer Support and LiveOps department initiated the search for a learning management system (LMS) to meet the training needs of outsourced staff located at 5 sites in Europe.
At the same time, the company’s global Learning & Talent Development department was looking for a solution to digitize the Stuart Academy, the internal training center dedicated to the professional development and growth of Stuart’s employees, the “Stuwies”. The implementation of a Learning Hub was primarily aimed at increasing employee engagement and creating a strong learning culture, where training is a priority.
There was also a need to centralize training activities for geographically dispersed Stuwies (working in countries such as France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Poland and Italy) and find a way to provide them with the same learning experience regardless of their location. The solution was to implement a common learning platform.
Stuart chose the award-winning Totara Learn platform, implemented by Actua Solutions, a Totara Platinum Partner, as his LMS.
Gemma Incoronato, Director of Learning & Talent Development, and Ekaterina Shumova, CS Training Manager at Stuart, note: “From the very first conversations with Actua Solutions, we could see that they were really committed to helping us create the LMS we needed.”
In the words of Adriana Bertolani, Marketing & People Director at Actua Solutions: “We are delighted that they have chosen us as their elearning partner and not just as their supplier. Working with companies that are so motivated to advance their training project can only bring success”.
The new LMS will also replace the manual, spreadsheet-based processes that the training team used for tracking and reporting. Instead, the LMS will generate automatic reports with valuable training and development data and metrics, such as program eNPS and training hours. This data can then be used to achieve departmental KPIs and make more informed learning decisions for the organization as a whole.
Totara ‘s open technology also makes it the perfect choice for a fast-growing company like Stuart, which is looking to customize and adapt its solution over time.
The new Learning Hub is scheduled to be commissioned in the second quarter of 2022.
